Location: London Store Support Centre & Home. Colleagues go into the office 2 days per week on average.

About the team

You’ll be joining the Finance and Business Development functions, supporting senior leadership teams across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This area plays a critical role in guiding business performance, prioritising strategic initiatives and enabling effective decision-making. Working at the centre of these teams, you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and a network of Personal Assistants to ensure seamless coordination, efficient communication and a consistently high standard of support.

More about the role

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide professional, confidential support to Directors and their wider teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activity and longer-term priorities. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and proactively handle communications, ensuring information is prioritised and responded to effectively. You’ll also prepare agendas, collate pre-reads, take minutes and track actions to completion, enabling Directors to stay focused on key objectives.

Alongside this, you’ll produce presentations and reports, coordinate team activity such as events, away days and training sessions, and support financial administration including expenses, purchase orders and invoice processing. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, working with other PAs to coordinate schedules and provide cover where needed, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve ways of working.

More about you

You bring proven experience supporting senior stakeholders in a Personal Assistant or similar role, with the ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities. You demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and are comfortable handling sensitive information.

You have demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Office 365) to produce high-quality presentations and reports. You’re organised, adaptable and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills enable you to engage stakeholders at all levels, and you take a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting team effectiveness.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and supporting senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise and respond to high volumes of communications with accuracy and timeliness
  • Experience preparing agendas, presentations and minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to completion
  • Proven use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Office 365) to produce reports and materials
  • Demonstrable experience handling confidential information and maintaining accuracy across administrative processes
