Personal Assistant to Founder/Creative Director - Fine Jewellery Brand
Mayfair
Up to £50,000 plus package
Monday-Friday, office-based
We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a successful entrepreneur. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing competing priorities, and excels at bringing structure, efficiency, and organisation to a demanding schedule.
The Personal Assistant will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring both professional and personal commitments are managed seamlessly while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a complex and ever-changing calendar, prioritising appointments, meetings, and commitments effectively.
- Oversee email correspondence and communications, including drafting, proofreading, and sending communications on behalf of the principal.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, visas, and expense reconciliation.
- Prepare documentation, agendas, and materials required for meetings and appointments.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Support with personal financial administration, including collating receipts, organising documentation, and assisting with tax-related requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct ad hoc research and provide information and recommendations as required.
- Manage personal errands and lifestyle-related tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Act as a key point of contact, helping to streamline communications and manage priorities.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting a senior executive, founder, entrepreneur, or high-profile individual.
- Exceptional organisational skills with proven experience managing complex schedules and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Demonstrated discretion and experience handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple/Mac systems.
- Experience coordinating extensive travel arrangements and managing logistics.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Flexible approach to working hours when required to support business and personal commitments.
