Job Position
To provide confidential administrative assistance to our Senior Management, focusing on personal, family, and organisational support.
Job Responsibilities
General
- Provide high-level personal assistance with discretion, efficiency, and close attention to detail.
- Handle personal correspondence, including email management, drafting letters, and liaising with external contacts in a polished and professional manner.
- Support with day-to-day personal administration and ad hoc requests, exercising sound judgement and discretion at all times.
- Act as a trusted point of coordination across personal and family matters, helping to create order and continuity in a fast-moving environment.
Family & Personal Coordination
- Oversee personal and family scheduling, including school-related administration, activities, appointments, and wider logistics.
- Support the smooth running of day-to-day personal family administration with sensitivity and discretion.
- Anticipate practical needs for the Principal and family, taking ownership of tasks to reduce day-to-day pressure.

- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and engagements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itinerary preparation.
- Maintain accurate and highly organised records, filing systems, and important personal documentation.
- Ensure all follow-ups, deadlines, and commitments are tracked and managed effectively.
- Provide flexible support outside standard working hours where required.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar high-trust support role is essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of English.
- A strong academic background in English, including English at A-Level or degree level, would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
- Highly discreet, professional, and confident handling sensitive personal information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support outside standard working hours when needed.
- A background in fashion is not required; candidates from other sectors with relevant experience are equally of interest.
