Personal Assistant – Regional Leadership Team

Location: Hybrid (remote with occasional regional travel) Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–15:00, with flexible timings)

Love organising, coordinating meetings, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks? This highly organised Personal Assistant role is for you—a key support role for our Regional Managing Director, Regional Director, and wider Leadership Team.

Key Work Focus:

✅ Day-to-day support for the Regional Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team ✅ Hybrid working with flexibility to work remotely where appropriate ✅ ** occasional regional travel** for events and meetings

Responsibilities

As the frontline support for leadership, you’ll oversee and execute key functions to drive regional success:

  • Diary & Meeting Coordination
    • Manage complex diaries for the Regional Managing Director and Regional Director
    • Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and ensure priorities align with business objectives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
