Family Office PA
Location: Central London (fully office based)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Our client is looking for an exceptional PA to join their family office, supporting a Principal with a range of creative interests. This is a varied, travel-focused role that combined personal and business support. Working closely with the Principal, you’ll become a trusted right hand, ensuring everything runs smoothly. No two days will be the same, making this a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in anticipating needs, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
- Research and coordinate complex international travel for the Principal and wider family, including detailed itineraries
- Manage a busy and ever-changing diary across both personal and business commitments
- Provide seamless day-to-day personal support to the Principal
- Run personal errands and oversee lifestyle-related tasks
- Coordinate children's schedules, including school arrangements, clubs, and extracurricular activities
- Handle a broad range of ad hoc requests with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism

About You
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or private support role
- Calm, composed, and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- A confident communicator who is comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels
- Proactive, discreet, and naturally adaptable
- Flexible and happy to switch between personal and business matters as priorities change
- A genuine interest in the creative industries would be advantageous
