Personal Assistant (Loughborough, Leicestershire)

Rate: £17.50 per hour for self-employed or £13.71 for employed
Hours: 8 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 29th May 2026
A young person living in Loughborough requires a Personal Assistant to support with daily life and social skills, including personal care when out.
Role Requirements
You will be required to support the client with:
- Accessing the community
- Vulnerability and road safety while out
- Taking part in recreational activities.
- Personal care support will be required whilst out.
- Independent living tasks such as ironing and laundry
- Shopping
- Accessing the community
8 hours per week - To be used on Tuesdays and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

A female Personal Assistant is required, due to the personal care support needed.
The client has a learning disability and has limited verbal communication - Uses single words.
They enjoy going for walks, playing badminton, tennis, going shopping, café & restaurants.
A driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial, but not essential.
