Personal / Private Assistant – Music Artist
South London | £40,000 | Full-Time
✨ Are you someone who loves creating order, staying one step ahead and making life easier for others? Are you used to supporting talent in fast-paced environments? Do you thrive when making life easier for a music artist? If so, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
We're searching for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a successful music artist in this unique, varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating international travel; the next, organising a home project, managing schedules, or supporting exciting events and experiences.
Core Responsibilities
You'll be trusted to:
- Manage busy diaries and ever-changing schedules
- Coordinate UK and international travel (including travel with the executive)
- Organise appointments, reservations, and day-to-day logistics
- Help oversee household operations and suppliers
- Support personal projects and special events
- Handle expenses and administration
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Provide hands-on support both at home and while travelling

Key Requirements & Traits
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in the PA / Private PA or lifestyle management role
- Positive and proactive
- Highly organised and naturally calm under pressure
- Emotionally intelligent and people-focused
- Happy to get stuck in and turn their hand to anything
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
- Tech-confident and quick to learn
- Excited by variety and new experiences
