Personal Assistant
Personal Assistant – Regional Leadership Support (Part-Time)
Love organising, coordinating meetings, and making sure nothing slips through the net? We're looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to provide key business support to our regional leadership team in a flexible, hybrid working role.
About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide vital business support to the Regional Managing Director, Regional Director, and wider Leadership Team. You'll be at the heart of the region, ensuring everything runs smoothly through:
- Proactive organisation
- Diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Event planning
- Administrative support

Key Responsibilities
- Support Leadership Team: Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the Regional Managing Director, Regional Director, and Senior Leadership Team.
- Diary & Travel Coordination:
- Manage complex diaries
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Prioritise schedules effectively
- Administrative & Financial Support:
- Handle inbox management, expenses, and business mileage
- Ensure no administrative gaps
- Event & Meeting Management:
- Coordinate regional meetings, leadership events, and customer hospitality
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
- Reporting & Information Gathering:
- Collate reports to support departmental activities
- Provide leaders with informed decision-making tools
- Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as a key point of contact across the business
- Build relationships and direct colleagues to relevant processes/contacts
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist with new starters, including IT equipment, phones, and corporate attire
- Departmemental Administration:
- Manage invoices, hospitality records, and payments
- Maintain audit-ready records
- Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

Role Details
- Hours: 25 hours/week (typically 09:00–15:00, Monday–Friday)
- Flexibility: Flexible start/end times for work-life balance
- Working Model: Hybrid (remote-first with regionalprescence)
- Expected visits for regional meetings/events
- Occasional overnight stays when required
