£45,000–£50,000 salary, dependent on experience
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Personal Assistant who is ready for the next stage in their career. You will join a highly respected investment research and technology firm based in prestigious St James's, working in a beautiful office surrounded by some of London's best restaurants, galleries and historic streets.
The company has a friendly team of nine and a group of four Directors who value professionalism, efficiency, warmth, and collaboration. You'll be working closely with four senior leaders, including the CEO and COO, and will quickly become a trusted member of the team.
This role offers breadth, autonomy and genuine progression for someone who enjoys being central to the running of a business. You'll act as the “glue” of the office — providing exceptional support while ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
As Personal Assistant / Office Manager, you'll take ownership of both executive support and office operations. This is a role with genuine substance where you will be involved in all corners of the business, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and contributing to the firm's continued growth, as well as liaising with our key client, with whom we work closely.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide high-level support to four Directors, including the CEO and COO
- Manage complex, fast-moving diaries and meeting schedules
- Coordinate detailed international travel itineraries (flights, visas, hotels, logistics)
- Maintain client engagement tracking on Monday.com and support with document preparation
Office Management & Culture
- Oversee the smooth running of the St James's office, ensuring it is organised, well-presented and welcoming
- Liaise with the landlord, building management, suppliers and outsourced IT provider
- Manage office supplies, weekly refreshments (including the weekly Ocado order) and Friday lunches
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners
- Organise internal events, celebrations and team socials
- Uphold a positive, professional office atmosphere
Operational & Business Support
- Maintain and update the company LinkedIn page with weekly research posts, and make updates to the website
- Support the COO with expenses, invoices and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with ad hoc projects and business operations as needed
- Build strong relationships internally and externally, becoming a go-to person across the company

About You
This position suits someone who is reliable, can multitask with efficiency, enjoys being at the centre of a business, thrives on variety, and brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
You will succeed here if you have:
- Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities with calm and efficiency
- A proactive, self-starting approach with strong problem-solving skills
- A friendly, engaging personality and the ability to build solid relationships
- A positive, energetic mindset and a desire to grow within a supportive team
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and LLMs
The Package
- £45,000–£50,000 salary, dependent on experience
