This is not about a Ferrari.

This is one of the most significant private car collections in the world. Built over decades. Some pieces you've only ever seen in books. Others you didn't know still existed.

I've been asked to find the person who will run it.

You'll sit within a UHNWI Family Office, working alongside a Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants. But your domain is singular: the collection.

  • Trackers. Relocations between residences. Track days. Motorsport events. Servicing schedules. MOTs. Insurance. Maintenance. Valets. Relationships with marques, restorers, and specialists who don't advertise.

If you've done this before, you already know. This is a full-time operation.

If you haven't, this isn't the collection to learn on.

What you'll actually do:

  • You'll coordinate the movement of cars across multiple residences and storage facilities.
  • You'll manage the calendar of services, inspections, and registrations so nothing lapses.
  • You'll liaise with insurers who specialise in assets most brokers have never seen.
  • You'll handle track day logistics, from transport to hospitality to post-event checks.
  • You'll attend motorsport events with the Principal. You'll be the single point of contact for everything car-related, so nobody else has to think about it.
  • You'll be embedded in the team, not adjacent to it.

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right โ€” and where to focus when applying.

Who you are:

  • You've managed a collection before. Not a fleet. A collection. You understand the difference.
  • You know what it means to move a car that can't be trailered conventionally. You've dealt with heritage documentation, provenance files, and the quiet politics of concours entries. You've built relationships with the specialists, mechanics, and restorers who work on cars most people will never touch.
  • You're obsessive about detail. You track everything. You anticipate problems before they surface.
  • You understand discretion. You've worked in private environments where confidentiality isn't a policy. It's a baseline.
  • And you're not applying because you love cars. You're applying because you've already lived this world and you're looking for the right collection to commit to.
