Personal Assistant to Senior Leaders
Location: Carrington Training Complex / Old Trafford Stadium

The Role
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-quality, proactive, and confidential administrative and organisational support to senior leaders within the football club. This role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day executive activity, enabling senior management to operate efficiently, make effective decisions, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Manage complex diaries
- Coordinate meetings and travel
- Prepare key documentation
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Support matchday and weekend operations
- Assist with events
- Contribute to projects that improve efficiency across the club
Operating in a fast-paced elite sporting environment, you will need to be adaptable, highly organised, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.

The Person
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working independently, using initiative, and remaining calm under pressure
- High proficiency in MS Office and modern digital tools
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, full days, and matchdays as required
It Would Be Advantageous If You Also Have
- Experience working in a sports environment, ideally football
- Understanding of the demands of elite sport operations
- Experience coordinating events or supporting cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools, scheduling platforms, or executive reporting
