Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Personal Assistant to join our team at Visual Architects.
You will act as the CEO’s right-hand person managing complex, fast-changing diary and inbox; liaising with clients including high-profile stakeholders; arranging travel and accommodation bookings and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.

This role will encompass everything from managing calendars to working on events, assisting clients, coordinating workloads and everything in between. The ideal candidate will have design and or marketing experience but not essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary
- Liaise with clients and managers
- Assist the CEO on day to day administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute well written correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Communicate effectively with all teams on behalf of the CEO
- Manage bookings, travel arrangements, ensuring best use of time and money
- Support administration team when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast paced PA role is desired
- Experience in the events industry is desired, but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Proficient in multitasking
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel
