Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team based in Bristol.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a senior business leader and a fast-growing professional services team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll provide high-level executive support while helping to coordinate team operations, client engagement, and consultant activities.
You’ll be at the centre of a busy, collaborative team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while building strong relationships with colleagues, consultants, and clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PA support to a senior executive, including complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and expense management
- Organise internal and external meetings, interviews, and client calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Support client onboarding and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and management information
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Maintain consultant profiles, assignment records, and talent databases
- Keep tracking tools, spreadsheets, and reporting information up to date

About You
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience within a professional services environment would be beneficial but is not essential
- Flexibility to work occasional additional hours and travel to London when required
