Personal Assistant (Remote) – £30,000 + Training Provided – Entry Level

Personal Assistant (Remote) – £28,000–£32,000 per annum

Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their growing remote team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, offering full training provided, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in administration, executive support, and business operations. Whether you have previous office experience or are transitioning from customer service, retail, or hospitality, this role provides excellent long-term career prospects.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and organisational support, helping to:

  • Manage schedules, coordinate communications
  • Ensure smooth daily business operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Organise travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and incoming enquiries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Maintain digital filing systems and confidential records
  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes where required
  • Support business projects and administrative tasks
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative and office support

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
