Personal Assistant (Remote) – £28,000–£32,000 per annum

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their growing remote team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, offering full training provided, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in administration, executive support, and business operations. Whether you have previous office experience or are transitioning from customer service, retail, or hospitality, this role provides excellent long-term career prospects.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and organisational support, helping to:
- Manage schedules, coordinate communications
- Ensure smooth daily business operations

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Organise travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Handle emails, correspondence, and incoming enquiries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain digital filing systems and confidential records
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes where required
- Support business projects and administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative and office support
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, proactive approach
