About The Role
Susan is a young woman looking for a friendly and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) / Support Worker to support her to enjoy her hobbies, attend activities, and maintain her active social life.
Susan is bubbly, chatty, fun, and has a great sense of humour. She enjoys listening to music, going to the gym, playing badminton, and trips to the cinema. She is a happy, independent, and sociable person who loves getting out and about and spending time with others. The role will involve supporting Susan to attend her weekly dance and drama clubs, as well as providing companionship and assistance to help her participate in activities she enjoys.

Working Hours
- Monday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (hours on Tuesday are negotiable)
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Friendly, patient, and approachable
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Enthusiastic about supporting someone to live an active and independent life
- A good communicator with a positive sense of humour
- Comfortable providing social support and companionship

Essential Requirements
- Full manual driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Ability to support Susan to access community activities and appointments
Additional Information
- No pets within the home
- Experienced supporting individuals with Down’s syndrome or learning disabilities is desirable but not essential, as the right personality and approach are most important
