Personal Assistant to Head of Sales
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Head of Sales, based at our head office in Wootton, MK43 9EJ.
This is a key role within the Insurance Sales Team, providing comprehensive executive support to ensure the Director’s daily operations run smoothly and business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Diary & Travel Management
- Proactive and complex diary management to ensure effective forward planning
- Coordinating detailed travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and logistics

Communication & Administration
- Managing and prioritising correspondence (electronic and physical)
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records

Reporting & Support
- Preparing research, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Maintaining key sales documentation (contracts, reviews, contact records)

Organisation & Events
- Organising internal meetings, coordinating training, and taking minutes/actions
- Planning and managing customer and corporate events

- Overseeing Head Office facilities within the Business Continuity Plan

- Acting as a professional point of contact for visitors and stakeholders
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is organised, with great attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering a high standard of service.
You’ll bring:
✅ Proven experience supporting a senior Director in a similar PA role ✅ Exceptional organisational and diary management skills ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building abilities ✅ High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability ✅ Commercially aware with project management experience ✅ Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines ✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ✅ A positive, flexible, can-do approach
