The Role
This is a busy, dynamic role that requires excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Multiple members of our Senior Leadership team require a highly organised and efficient Senior PA to manage administration for their respective business areas. You will ensure the smooth running of their schedules and day-to-day operations.
This position requires a confident, career-driven PA who demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to anticipate business needs.
Main Responsibilities
Diary, Meeting & Travel Management
- Extensive diary management: proactively manage multiple complex, fast-changing schedules, balancing conflicting priorities.
- Meeting logistics: arrange meetings, book rooms, and coordinate catering for internal and external attendees.
- Travel coordination: book nationwide and international flights, accommodation, and prepare detailed itineraries for trips.
- Guest relations: act as the key contact for clients and high-profile visitors.

Administrative & Operational Support
- Inbox management: monitor email inboxes, flagging priority correspondence and removing spam.
- Onboarding support: arrange onboarding logistics (technology setup, equipment ordering).
- Financial & legal administration:
- Set up new suppliers.
- Raise purchase orders (POs).
- Process invoices.
- Liaise with the Legal team for NDAs and Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Expenses processing: meticulously track and submit monthly business expenses.
- Document support: create and format presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and manage board papers.
Team & Leadership Alignment
- Leadership support: assist the senior team with meetings and be an industry-recognised PA Network partner.
- Internal collaboration: aligning Senior Leadership with the wider PA team.
- Coverage; provide seamless continuity for other PAs during absence.
- Event planning: support event organisation, workshops, and away days.
Skills You’ll Need (Minimum Criteria)
● At least 3–5 years’ experience as a PA to Director/Executive-level executives, with experience managing multiple complex diaries. ● High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (with a focus on PowerPoint/Google Slides). ● Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder engagement across organisational levels. ● Ability to work autonomously with strong administrative and organisational skills. ● Proven ability to prioritise workloads when balancing occasionally conflicting demands. ● A confident communicator with meticulous attention to detail.
