Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
We are supporting an international CEO with the appointment of a Personal Assistant.
This is a fast-moving and highly trusted role, requiring someone who can provide high-level personal, logistical and operational support across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, discreet and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm, polished and effective when priorities change at short notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing schedules, travel arrangements and day-to-day coordination
- Supporting a range of personal, lifestyle and operational matters
- Liaising with internal teams, external partners, suppliers and trusted advisors
- Ensuring smooth coordination across multiple locations and time zones
- Responding quickly and effectively to changing priorities
- Travelling internationally as required
- Providing flexible support outside standard working hours when needed
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, principal or UHNW individual
- Background in a family office, private office, private household or similarly high-expectation environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication style
- Calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Able to work independently and anticipate requirements
- Flexible to travel internationally, including at short notice
- Broad international travel eligibility
- Strong references from comparable environments
