Personal Assistant Required (PA)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role suits someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, solve problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be professional, reliable, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation.
  • Take meeting minutes and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate some personal and business errands.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and key contacts as required.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
