Job Description:

ROSWEALTH ORGANIZATION is a private Family Office, consisting of a large private portfolio of equities, assets, financial investments, and corporate organizations, structured to support the family members' needs and projects. The organization currently oversees a complex structure comprising over 250 internal professionals and more than 100 external specialists dedicated to managing the assets, investments, and interests of the family's diversified portfolio, operating from its new headquarters of a 50,000 sqft entirely renovated office building located in the heart of London.

The present profile, internally identified as the Chairman's Relationship Director (CRD), represents the Personal Assistant appointed to manage the Chairman’s External Organization relationships among all external partners having both business and personal relationships with the Family Office and the Chairman.

When required, the role includes traveling worldwide with, and on behalf of, the Chairman. The successful candidate must possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, guarantee the highest level of confidentiality at all times, and demonstrate a managerial mindset with a strategic vision in the execution of all assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly educated, and articulate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a corporate or executive environment.

Job Description and Details

  • Monthly Salary: GBP 10,000 net after all tax.
  • Yearly Salary: GBP 120,000 net after all tax.
  • Contract: We are offering a contract for an indefinite period.
  • Benefits: Various premium performance-based benefits, awarded according to measurable results, precision, performance, and the proven ability to implement and effectively execute the Company's policies and management standards.
  • Corporate Accommodation: In the heart of London, Knightsbridge. Prime Single Use Apartment (If required, for candidates residing outside London).
  • Location: ROSWEALTH headquarters, located in the heart of London, Mayfair.
