High level PA role is required to support a leading corporate team and Head of Department at this top tier legal practice, where every day is an exciting and fast-paced day.

Key Appointment And Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing highly complex calendars in Outlook;
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings nationally;
  • Reporting to and working with very senior members of the Corporate team;
  • Managing extensive communication with staff and clients;
  • Assisting the Head of Department (HOD) with any personal work required;
  • Arranging, coordinating, preparing presentations and attending client seminars;
  • Meeting and greeting clients at these events and ensuring that there were adequate numbers to meet and greet, giving badges, etc.;
  • Preparing presentation slides and materials for internal/external meetings and seminars;
  • Helping with bids and proposal documents in the firm's in-house style;
  • Collating receipts and documentation and processing expense claims for payment;
  • Producing and amending legal documents;
  • Dealing with all aspects of the fee earners billing requirements (i.e. generating, amending and finalising bills, liaising with fee earners in relation to any specific requirements regarding their billing);
  • Building an excellent knowledge of clients;
  • Recognising the need for absolute confidentiality in all aspects of their work;
  • Extensive diary management;
  • Booking travel and accommodation.

The successful candidate should be resourceful and well-organised, quick to think, respond and follow up with great attention to detail and the ability to proactively drive projects and assignments. Time management skills are essential as is the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing legal environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
