Personal Assistant/Lead Administrator – Braeburn House
If you’re an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant/Lead Administrator looking for a dynamic role that leverages your organisational skills, come and work alongside the Hospital Director at Braeburn House.
About the Role
You will:
- Manage the commitments of the Hospital Director, ensuring their priorities are effectively managed, including:
- Scheduling and managing diaries
- Preparing presentations
- Organising meetings, visits, and venues
- Taking and recording minutes
- Administer all Governance and Senior Management Team meetings
- Handle all complaints and feedback within the service
- Tackle a variety of responsibilities, alternating tasks to support the wider service

Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
As Personal Assistant/Lead Administrator, you will:
- Coordinate diaries, scheduling, and administration for regular management meetings, including notetaking and action tracking
- Administer complaints, compliments, and feedback effectively within the service
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements
- Develop and produce presentations
- Process expenses, invoices, and credit card reconciliations
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including post, filing, and telephone enquiries
- Provide holiday and absence cover for other PAs/Executive Assistants
- Undertake any reasonable additional duties align with your level of responsibility

Requirements & Qualities
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Significant administrative experience at executive and senior management levels (Board-level experience is advantageous)
- Highly organised nature, friendly demeanour, and professionalism
- Anticipatory mindset, capable of fulfilling requests proactively
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), with adaptability in tone and style
- Ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously, with flexibility and efficiency
- Proficiency in computer systems and strong time management and diary skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Exceptional confidentiality, discretion, and ethical conduct
- Cooperative approach, with empathy and resilience when providing support

You will be based at Braeburn House, located at: Charles Street, Salford, Manchester, M6 7DU
Braeburn House is a modern rehabilitation and recovery service for males with a primary diagnosis of mental health illness, offering further support and intensive interventions.
