Reporting to: CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Salary: £28,000–£32,000 DOE + Bonus Location: North London (office-based role) Hours: Full-time (9:30–17:30, Monday–Friday)

About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organised, and commercially minded LinkedIn Content Executive to own and grow the LinkedIn presence of Connect Management and our Senior Leadership Team.
This is a Solo LinkedIn role focused entirely on creating engaging content, staying on top of industry trends, identifying opportunities to join relevant conversations, and ensuring our leaders consistently build their personal brands while positioning Connect as a market leader.
You'll work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to transform ideas, meetings, achievements, and industry news into engaging, high-performance LinkedIn content that drives awareness, credibility, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Content Management
- Own the daily management of Connect Management’s LinkedIn presence.
- Schedule content across all Senior Leadership Team profiles using scheduling tools.
- Write tailored, engaging posts that reflect each leader’s voice, expertise, and personal brand.
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting calendar and strategy.
- Repurpose internal updates, client successes, and company wins into LinkedIn-friendly content.

Content Creation
- Craft high-quality thought leadership posts across industry trends.
- Convert meetings, podcast discussions, presentations, and conversations into engaging LinkedIn content.
- Create carousel decks, graphics, and simple visuals where relevant.
- Ensure all content aligns with Connect’s brand tone and voice.
Industry Research & Opportunities
- Stay current on creator economy, influencer marketing, talent management, and social media trends.
- Monitor competitors and industry leaders for strategic insights.
- Identify trending topics where Connect can contribute meaningfully.
- Proactively suggest content ideas based on current events and industry conversations.
Personal Brand Management (Supporting SLT)
- Assist the Senior Leadership Team by:
- Planning tailored content themes and themes.
- Capturing key achievements and company milestones in real-time.
- Drafting and approving LinkedIn posts for key stakeholders.
- Ensuring consistency across all profiles.
- Amplifying speakership opportunities, awards, and behind-the-scenes insights.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor LinkedIn engagement (likes, shares, comments, followers, reach).
- Compile monthly performance reports highlighting growth, top-performing content, and KPIs.
- Recommend data-driven optimisations based on analytics and trends.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 1+ year of experience managing LinkedIn content for a business or personal brand.
- Excellent copywriting skills—clear, punchy and commercially minded.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and growth tactics.
- Passion for storytelling and creating authentic, engaging content.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong commercial awareness—relating content to business impact.

Desirable
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or social media strategy.
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (for visual content production).
- Familiarity scheduling tools (e.g., Loomly, Buffer,나 후지).
- Basic photography or video editing skills (for lightweight content creation).
- Real-world experience building personal brands (yes, your own LinkedIn matters here).
