The Integrated Brand Experiences Team
Our central team champions Personal Care Marketing Transformation, transforming the traditional model into a "many-to-many" approach. Key functions include:
- Culturally relevant media partnerships
- Social, influencer, and creator strategies
- Content engine optimisation (contextually smart, "always active")

🔹 Strategy & Leadership
- Develop a unified, scalable influencer and creator strategy for all 8 power brands
- Forecast trends and cultural moments, aligning with corporate and commercial objectives
- Influence global standards—partnering with senior stakeholders to drive excellence
🔹 Learning & Capability
- Pilot and prototype new methods, translating high-impact local examples into global frameworks
- Empower brand and market teams by showing successes, sharing best practices, and refining methodologies
- Upskill teams on influencer/community tools (e.g., Traackr, CreatorIQ) and scaling effective approaches
🔹 Partnerships, Measurement & Governance
- Shield integrity in the agency partnership model, ensuring flexibility and innovation
- Develop comprehensive performance frameworks, tie-in metrics to ROI, and integrate with brand KPIs
- Align social/community strategies with commercial goals, paid media, commerce, and retail
Key Requirements & Explained
- Global influencer expertise: 10+ years of experience leading international strategies in-house, agency, or platform roles
- Strategic thinker: Ability to meld bold innovation with business results; shape forward-thinking points of view
- Cultural chameleon: Forecast trends accurately, pivot to opportunities, and collaborate across teams
- Driven and autonomous: Thrives in dynamic settings; balances accountability and teamwork
- Tech-savvy: Data-driven with hands-on expertise in tools like Traackr, CreatorIQ, Meltwater

Location & Working Culture
Hybrid flexibility: travels to office 3+ days/week. Role is full-time by default, but flexible work arrangements are open to discussion.
