Location: Your Local Area Type: Self-Employed Expected Year One Earnings: £40,000+ (based on one listing per month in an average UK market) Potential Earnings: £75,000+ (based on proven results from partners achieving two or more listings per month)

The Opportunity As a TAUK Partner, you'll become the trusted personal estate agent for your local area. Our model is designed to help ambitious agents achieve £40,000+ in their first year, with many partners going on to earn significantly more. You bring the drive. We provide the platform.

What You'll Do Build and grow your own local property business Become the go-to estate agent within your community Deliver a personal, relationship-led experience for every clients Market homes using professional content, digital campaigns, and modern strategies Utilise TAUK's Contract Ready process to help create faster, smoother transactions Collaborate with a network of ambitious, supportive agents across the UK
Who We're Looking For You don't need to fit a corporate mould.We're looking for people who genuinely care about property, people, and delivering an exceptional experience. You'll ideally have Experience within estate agency or the wider property sector A desire to work for yourself and take control of your future Confidence, resilience, and a growth mindset Strong local knowledge and a genuine connection to your community The ambition to build something meaningful and long-lasting
