Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Associate
Location: London
The Opportunity
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a 2 PQE Associate to join its Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team. This is a rare opportunity to work on a high-quality and varied claimant caseload within a collaborative and well-supported environment.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury (PI) and clinical negligence matters
- Deliver high-quality legal advice and client service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend client meetings, conferences, and court hearings where required
- Work closely with colleagues on complex, high-value cases

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with circa 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in claimant personal injury (PI) and/or clinical negligence
- Confident in managing your own caseload
- Commercially aware with strong communication skills
- Proactive, detail-orientated, and keen to develop
