Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1–5 PQE) Crawley Area | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with 1–5 years' PQE to join a highly regarded Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team at a leading regional law firm in the Crawley area. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters, with genuine support, mentoring, and long-term career progression. You'll manage your own files while assisting on more complex, high-value claims within a collaborative and friendly team.
The Role
You'll be handling a broad range of matters including:
- Personal Injury claims, including employer's liability, public liability, and road traffic accidents.
- Clinical Negligence claims, including misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, and treatment-related claims.
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Assisting senior fee earners on more complex and high-value cases.
- Delivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process.
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives where appropriate.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 1–5 years' PQE as a Solicitor.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, or both.
- A sound understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant litigation processes.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
- A collaborative approach and desire to develop within a successful team.
