Personal Injury Fee Earner - Greater Manchester - Hybrid - up to £45,000
About the Role
Join a well-established law firm renowned for offering top-tier legal advice to businesses and individuals.
With the firm’s Personal Injury department expanding, they are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to take over and manage a caseload of litigated, Fast-Track claims. This includes RTA (Road Traffic Accident) and EL/PL (Employment Liability/Public Liability) cases.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of experience as an RTA or EL/PL Claims Handler
- Strong knowledge of litigation, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and court procedures
- A proactive attitude to drive business development and build trusting client relationships
- Technical proficiency in delivering exceptional service, even under pressure

Requirements
- Experience in managing a caseload of RTA, Credit Hire, or EL/PL claims
- Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Relevant litigation experience
- Ability to:
- Work to tight deadlines
- Prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
- Operate effectively in a team as well as independently
- Demonstrate strong organisation and time-management skills
