Candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to clients. The ability to work well with co-workers and clients is a must. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in customer service, dealing with high call volume.
Responsibilities
- Case management and customer service for clients
- Preparing pleadings, settlement documents, discovery documents, correspondence, and other legal drafting
- Managing and tracking deadlines
- Managing attorney's calendars
- Managing and maintaining prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys

Qualifications
- Speak fluent Spanish
- Have some Personal Injury experience
- Have customer service experience
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pay high attention to detail
- Be accountable
- Be self-motivated
- Be organized
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have a strong commitment to delivering value to clients
