Candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to clients. The ability to work well with co-workers and clients is a must. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in customer service, dealing with high call volume.

Responsibilities

  • Case management and customer service for clients
  • Preparing pleadings, settlement documents, discovery documents, correspondence, and other legal drafting
  • Managing and tracking deadlines
  • Managing attorney's calendars
  • Managing and maintaining prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys

Qualifications

  • Speak fluent Spanish
  • Have some Personal Injury experience
  • Have customer service experience
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pay high attention to detail
  • Be accountable
  • Be self-motivated
  • Be organized
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have a strong commitment to delivering value to clients
