Your Role
This is a rewarding opportunity working alongside highly experienced Partners and managing a diverse caseload of complex, high-value Catastrophic Injury matters.
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor to join our highly regarded Catastrophic Injury team. This is an opportunity to handle complex, high-value claims, support clients through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, and play a key role in the growth of a successful practice.
What You Will Do
- Lead a caseload of complex catastrophic injury claims.
- Deliver exceptional client care, combining legal expertise with empathy and compassion.
- Conduct litigation, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with leading counsel and medical experts.
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping them develop and succeed.
- Build strong relationships with referrers, insurers, and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development, networking, and raising the profile of the team.

- An experienced solicitor with a strong track record in serious or catastrophic injury work.
- A confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
- Commercially aware with a client-first mindset.
- Proactive, driven, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding results and exceptional client service.
- Keen to get involved in networking, business development, and helping shape the future of the team.
