About the Role
Join our leading claimant personal injury team in Birmingham and take on high-quality, impactful work that makes a meaningful difference.
What the Role Involves
We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims, including:
- Employer’s liability
- Occupier’s liability
- Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs)
You will also have the opportunity to work on occasional complex cases, such as:
- Product liability (cases valued up to £1m)
- Sports-related injuries
- Animal-related claims
You will run cases from inception to conclusion, leveraging:
- Strong litigation experience
- Costs awareness
- The ability to draft clear, persuasive arguments

Who We Are Looking For
- Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 2+ years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Experience in handling intermediate or multi-track personal injury (PI) cases
- A detail-oriented, client-focused professional with exceptional organisational skills
- Proven litigation and advocacy experience with cost management expertise
- A confident communicator, adept at collaborative teamwork
- Willingness to support marketing and business development activities
