We're hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury department.

Position Overview
About you:
- Demonstrated experience 5 years + as a paralegal, particularly in handling RTA, EL, OL and PL claims.
- Must be confident on the telephone speaking to clients and Defendants.
- Must be happy to speak to new clients to explain funding and procedure and sign-up clients.
- Must be confident in drafting letters of claim for non-portal work for all P.I. Areas.
- Caseload is mixed P.I. non portal Fast and Multi-track work.
- Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in file management.
- Familiarity with EL/PL and RTA Claims Portals.
- Expertise in legal research and document preparation.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets, while prioritising and managing a diverse caseload.
- Dedication to delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Effective in prioritising tasks and managing a varied caseload efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
