Personal Injury Paralegal - Manchester - Up to £30,000 + benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm in Manchester known for delivering high-quality legal services to individuals. As the Personal Injury department continues to grow, the firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist with managing a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims.

You'll be joining a team with a steady flow of new instructions, offering strong exposure to RTA and EL/PL litigation work and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role:

  • Assisting with an EL/PL claims
  • Progress files efficiently and meet key deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide clear, professional communication to clients and colleagues
  • Deliver high-quality case outcomes within a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively within a busy PI team

About You:

  • Experience managing EL/PL claims
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Litigation experience essential
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client care ability
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-focused with a proactive approach
