Description

Are you an accomplished Personal Injury Lawyer ready to take the next step in your career?

Join our Multi-Track Accidents team at Thompsons Solicitors and play a key role in progressing high-value, complex accident claims.

More about the role...

As a Senior Lawyer within our Multi-Track Accidents team, you will manage a caseload of complex, high-value multi-track personal injury claims, typically valued between up to £1,000,000. These matters arise from a range of serious accidents including road traffic collisions, workplace incidents and public liability claims, and require confident handling from instruction through to resolution.

You will be responsible for leading cases from initial investigation through litigation to settlement or trial. The work offers the opportunity to handle substantial claims involving significant injuries and quantum, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each case.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
