We're hiring an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our growing Personal Injury department.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to work closely with the Director of Personal Injury while managing their own caseload independently.

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

  • Employer's Liability (EL)
  • Public Liability (PL)
  • Occupiers' Liability (OL)
  • High-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims (£25,000+)

You will be supported with dedicated secretarial assistance, allowing you to focus on delivering the best outcomes for your clients.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE Personal Injury litigation (not just in RTA)
  • Strong experience managing your own caseload independently
  • Experience handling higher value and more complex claims
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Litigation experience in County and High Court
  • A proactive and driven approach
