Personal Injury Solicitor 2+ PQE Shropshire

A highly regarded and well-established law firm in Shropshire is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about claimant personal injury work and is looking to further their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. You will handle a varied caseload of personal injury matters, providing expert advice and exceptional client care throughout the claims process.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a respected litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of claimant personal injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial where required.
The role offers high-quality work, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury matters.
- Handling a variety of cases including:
- Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
- Employers Liability claims
- Public Liability claims
- Occupiers Liability claims
- Taking instructions from clients and providing clear, practical legal advice.
- Assessing liability, quantum, and prospects of success.
- Reviewing medical evidence and expert reports.
- Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, counsel, and third parties.
- Progressing claims efficiently and proactively towards successful resolution.
- Maintaining the highest standards of client care, compliance, and file management.

About You
The successful candidate is likely to possess:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent legal professional.
- Previous experience handling claimant personal injury matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of personal injury litigation.
- The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
