Personal Injury Solicitor Opportunity

Are you a Personal Injury Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded Personal Injury team offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, hybrid working, genuine progression, strong development support and more? Personal Injury Solicitor — Position Overview

  • Lead on a caseload of complex, high-value catastrophic injury claims

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Solicitor

  • Managing a caseload of catastrophic injury claims from instruction through to settlement
  • Providing expert, client-focused advice with empathy for individuals and their families
  • Conducting litigation, instructing counsel and experts, and attending court hearings
  • Negotiating with defendant insurers, solicitors and other professionals to secure the best outcomes
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to promote their professional development
  • Assisting in growing the practice through networking, marketing and referrer relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA guidelines and relevant regulatory standards

Requirements of the Personal Injury Solicitor

  • Proven experience handling serious and catastrophic injury claims
  • Experience leading a team or function and developing others
  • A strong appreciation of the core legal process in serious/catastrophic injury claims
  • Solid understanding of The Rehabilitation Code and the Serious Injury Guide and their application to major trauma cases
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to recognise sector developments and adapt to client needs
  • Excellent client care skills with the ability to manage complex and competing demands
  • Strong understanding of data security, confidentiality and risk
