Personal Injury Solicitor – Dean Wilson

Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 4 years’ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our leading law firm based in Brighton & Hove.

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of our highly regarded Personal Injury team. The team has recently been ranked by the Sunday Times as one of the best personal injury law firms in the country, and they are ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of multi-track personal injury matters, while also supporting partners and senior fee earners on catastrophic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and amputation cases. You will report directly to the team leads and play an active role in the continued success of the department.

The role offers ongoing training and development, as well as the opportunity to work alongside recognised leaders in their field, making this an ideal career move for someone looking to deepen their expertise and gain valuable experience in this area of law. Dean Wilson LLP have a clearly defined career structure that sets out the pathway to partner, and are a rapidly growing firm.

Previous experience in personal injury is essential. This is a hybrid role; however, candidates must be based in the South East, as travel to clients (including visits to homes or hospitals) will be required.

You will be joining a busy and dynamic team, so we are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and able to manage competing priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high standard of client care are essential.
