Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive – Cambridgeshire
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000
Location: Cambridgeshire

Oculus Legal Group is working in partnership with a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked regional law firm that is continuing to invest heavily in the growth of its Personal Injury department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, with support available where required.
- Handle a variety of claims including road traffic accidents, employer's liability, public liability and more complex injury matters depending on experience.
- Work closely with the Head of Department on higher-value and more technical cases, developing your expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional standard of client care.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider litigation team and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Personal Injury fee earner.
- Experience managing a Personal Injury caseload or assisting on claimant Personal Injury matters.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to continue developing your technical expertise.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
