Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler
Looking for that next great move in your career? We have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Blackpool.
Role Overview
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.
Please note this role requires you to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Key Requirements
- Insurance Industry experience is essential for this role.
- Bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
- Be proactive, use your initiative, and show your entrepreneurial spirit.
- Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and by email, so experience in customer service is important.
- Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative, and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity.
