The Personal Risk Manager is a full-time role based in Greengates, Bradford, and focuses on assessing and managing driver and fleet-related risks, including reviewing incident data, identifying trends, and proposing targeted interventions to reduce claim frequency. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Allocation of risk assessments with clients
  • Preparing reports and recommendations
  • Supporting the implementation of driver training or risk-reduction initiatives
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of these measures over time

The Personal Risk Manager will collaborate closely with fleet managers, brokers, and insurers to ensure that risk strategies are aligned and clearly communicated. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, participating in client meetings (in person and remotely), and contributing to the ongoing development of Driversure’s risk management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fleet, insurance, broking, Risk management or a related field, would be an advantage.
  • Essential abilities would include:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients, brokers, and insurers.
    • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Comfort with digital tools and willingness to adapt to evolving risk management approaches.
