The Role

You will join our Client Relations team as a Personal Shopping and Client Relations Manager, tasked with providing exceptional support to Mytheresa’s most valuable clients. Based in our London office, you will represent the brand with high-fidelity service, leveraging your expertise in menswear and deep understanding of the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring a deep expertise in menswear, including an insider-level knowledge of products, trends, fit, and styling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for Mytheresa’s top-tier clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Drive customer loyalty and increased spend through:
    • Personalised stylist support
    • Tailored product recommendations
    • Proactive outreach based on individual preferences and shopping history
  • Curate specialised weekly product selections aligned with client needs.
  • Identify and execute sales, acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities to meet commercial targets.
  • Innovate clienteling strategies to enhance luxury experiences and deepen customer engagement.
  • Organise and support VIP events and entertainment programs, ensuring memorable brand interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Buying, Brand Marketing, and external partners to manage preferences, re-orders, and sold-out item requests.

Must-Have Skills & Background

✔ 3–5 years of experience in a luxury fashion-facing client relations role, ideally in e-commerce. ✔ Passion for luxury fashion, lifestyle trends, and retail technology. ✔ Entertainment mindset: Your role will extend beyond e-commerce—think events, propositions, and meaningful engagement. ✔ Sales & targets driven: No biases against high-performance expectations—in fact, positivity toward them. ✔ Strong multi-channel communication skills: Confident in both digital and in-person interactions. ✔ Tech-savvy:

  • Ability to work with data and analytical tools to inform client recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and personalization platforms. ❤️ Love of menswear and fashion—your knowledge will shape client experiences. ✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
