The Role: What You’ll Do
Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for Mytheresa’s top clients, driving:
Key Responsibilities
- Building strong long-term relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients
- Driving customer loyalty and increased spend through:
- Personalised styling and tailored recommendations
- Proactive client outreach
- Curating customer engagement:
- Weekly product selections aligned with client preferences
- Customised communications via email/messaging
- Driving commercial growth:
- Identifying and executing sales, acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities
- Achieving set revenue and conversion targets
- Enhancing the luxury experience:
- Designing innovative clienteling initiatives
- Developing upsell strategies for repeat purchases
- Organising exclusive experiences:
- Coordinating VIP events (e.g., private showrooms, styling sessions)
- Ensuring seamless travel and entertainment logistics
- Collaborating internally and externally:
- Partnering with Buying, Brand Marketing, and legacy brands
- Managing client-specific requests for reorders or sold-out items

About You: Key Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in a luxury-focused client relations or e-commerce role, with:
- A passionate commitment to delivering world-class customer service
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle trends, and luxury branding
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sales-driven focus
- Proven ability to build genuine, lasting client relationships
- Technical confidence: Proficient with email tools (e.g., Salesforce), CRM platforms, and Spreadsheet software
- Fluent, highly polished written and spoken English; additional languages welcome
- Fashion quickness – effortlessly understood by the team and clients
