TPF Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly regarded independent accountancy practice based in Tonbridge in their search for a Personal Tax Senior or Supervisor to join their friendly and experienced team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established firm with an outstanding reputation locally, a genuinely supportive culture, and a diverse client portfolio. The practice prides itself on providing a high quality, personal service to its clients and offers a relaxed and collaborative working environment where individuals are valued and encouraged to develop their careers.
The position would suit an experienced Personal Tax professional looking to further their career within a growing practice. Equally, candidates with a mixed Accounts and Tax background who are keen to specialise within personal tax will be considered.
You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of personal tax clients and delivering both compliance and advisory services. Working closely with the firm's experienced Partners and Managers, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients
- Preparing and reviewing self assessment tax returns
- Advising clients on personal tax matters and responding to queries
- Assisting with tax planning projects and advisory work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working with a diverse client base including:
- Owner managed businesses
- Directors and shareholders
- Sole traders and partnerships
- High net worth individuals
- Property investors and landlords
- Trusts and estates

Requirements
We are keen to hear from candidates who have developed experience within accountancy practice or a specialist tax environment and have exposure to personal tax work.

You may be:
- ATT or AAT qualified
- Studying ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA
- Qualified by experience
- A Personal Tax specialist seeking a new challenge
- From a mixed Accounts and Tax background and looking to specialise within personal tax
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client focused approach are essential.
