About the Role

Our ambassadors deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions tailored to individual goals, including designing customised exercise programmes and guiding members in a supportive gym environment.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to inspire, motivate, and help people achieve their best. We provide comprehensive support to grow your business, starting with a 3-day induction plus access to 400+ training courses through our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme.

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 fitness qualification recognised by CIMSPA (required for application)
  • Have a passionate drive for health, fitness, and helping others
  • Are inspiring—excelling at supporting, motivating, and guiding clients
  • Possess strong communication skills to interact professionally with members
  • Are self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on member satisfaction
