Personal Trainer
Personal Trainer – Join Europe’s Leading Premium Health & Wellness Group
Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team!
The Role
As a Personal Trainer, you will:
- Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions, including tailored programming plans
- Guide and motivate our clients in a gym environment to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Receive support to grow your client base, including a 3-day PT induction and access to our CDP (Career Development Program) courses

- Earnings Potential:
- 50% net revenue (plus £5 bonus) on each of your first 15 sessions per week
- Minimum £16.00 per session (up to 15 sessions)
- +£21 per session from your 16th session onwards

About You
To apply for this role, you must meet these requirements:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA Personal Trainer qualification
- Have an enthusiasm for health and fitness, with a commitment to supporting and inspiring clients to achieve their goals
- Be a self-driven professional with a positive outlook
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for delivering exceptional customer service
