We are searching for a ** motivational and customer-focused Personal Trainer** to deliver exceptional high-quality Personal Training sessions. This includes:
- Programming bespoke training plans to support member goals
- Motivating and guiding members within our gym environments
We’ll support you with:
- A 3-day PT induction to grow your client base
- CDP (Continuing Professional Development) courses to boost your professional growth and passion for health & fitness
- An environment that fosters belonging, mental well-being, and career fulfilment

About the Role: Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality 1:1 training sessions
- Create tailored training programs aligned to member goals
- Maintain excellent communication and member interaction skills
Location
Oxford, excitingly part of a network with 139 clubs across the UK & Europe.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification (or equivalent) to apply
- Deep passion for fitness, health & wellbeing
- Ability to inspire, support, and achieve goals with diverse members -Strong communication skills
- Self-driven with a positive outlook
- Clear customer service ethos
