Job Description

The Role

As a freelance Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for helping members achieve their health, fitness and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming and lifestyle support.

Success in this role comes from building meaningful relationships with members, delivering exceptional coaching experiences and creating long-term client results.

To help accelerate your business growth, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes
  • Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through our MOVE programme
  • Build and grow your Personal Training client base
  • Lead Group Training sessions, workshops and member events
  • Support member engagement, retention and overall gym experience
  • Promote and deliver bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals
  • Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community
  • Contribute to a positive, motivating and results-driven gym culture

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
  • CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
  • Public Liability Insurance (£2 million cover or above)
Skills & Experience
  • Passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve their goals
  • Strong coaching, communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships
  • Confidence in generating leads and growing a client base
  • Excellent customer service and member engagement skills
  • Professional, proactive and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
