As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate fitness professionals to join our wellness teams and help deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer to provide outstanding fitness support, personalised training sessions, and expert guidance to guests and members.

You will play a key role in promoting health and wellbeing while helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one personal training sessions.
- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.
- Develop tailored fitness programmes for guests and members.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the fitness facilities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment.
- Promote personal training services and wellness offerings.
- Build strong relationships with guests and members.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
About You
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential).
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to build rapport and motivate clients.
- Previous experience within a fitness, leisure, or hospitality environment is desirable.
