Job Opportunity: Personal Trainer – Humanity Warwick
About the Company
Humanity Warwick is a physiotherapy clinic specializing in:
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Sports injuries
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Pelvic health for women
- Small group strength training and HIIT sessions (new addition: strength gym/studio)
About the Role
The Personal Trainer will:
- Deliver safe and effective small group strength classes for up to 6 clients in the gym
- Provide one-to-one sessions and support physiotherapy & rehabilitation programs
- Monitor client progress and adapt training plans accordingly
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead strength and HIIT workshops in a small-group setting ✔ Develop personalized exercise programs for diverse client needs ✔ Offer evidence-based guidance on nutrition principles to complement training ✔ Collaborate with physiotherapists and healthcare professionals

Requirements
Essential
🧵 Qualified Personal Trainer (e.g., Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent certification) ☑ Up-to-date professional insurance ☑ Strong communication & interpersonal skills with an inclusive, respectful approach 💪 Experience in strength training, group fitness, and rehabilitative coaching 🩺 At least a basic knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and safe exercise progressions 🚑 First aid certification is an advantage

Desirable
♻️ Experience working with injury recovery, post-surgery, or long-term condition rehabilitation clients ✍️ Ability to design balanced training programs for performance, general fitness, and medical clients ⏰ Availability for Flexible hours, including:
- 6am - 8pm (weekdays)
- Occasional Saturday mornings
- Up to 20 hours per week (part-time)
